We are IRENE for excellent coffee! The name and design of this Kenyan arabica are based on the Gothic Serpent mission in October, 1993. Two Black Hawk helicopters were shot down in Mogadishu, and American forces fought like hell against unimaginable odds to recover their own. We dedicate this coffee to be a part in keeping the legacy and memory of the heroism displayed that day alive in public memory.
This medium roast boasts tasting notes of floral, peach and cherry. We'd recommend brewing this bad boy up with a patio dripper or a Chemex. "It's all in the grind..."
