Sandy Garner is the VP of People and Culture at Black Rifle Coffee Company. She is credentialed in several fields of human resources and has over 20 years of experience advising teams and executing HR projects and initiatives.
A veteran in the human resources profession, Sandy joined BRCC from SanMar, headquartered in Seattle, WA, where she served as Director or Human Resources. Sandy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Organizational Psychology from Texas State University. She has also attended Gonzaga Law School in Spokane, WA as well as Texas Woman’s University for an MBA in Business Analytics. Sandy is a member and chairperson of the Greater Seattle Human Resources Association, Austin Society of Human Resources, and has presented at World of Work, and serves as a board member of the Disability Management Employer Coalition. Sandy takes her CAF coffee with cream and sugar, and her hobbies include volunteering in the community, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling. She has visited 24 countries and 39 states — and even got married in a castle in Scotland!
