Molly Schweickert is the VP of Marketing at Black Rifle Coffee Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Thomas Edison State University. Molly previously served as the Global VP of Media for Cambridge Analytica, where she led the company's advertising agency and developed an industry-leading media buying operation that combined market research, data science, and advertising technology, and oversaw the global team that ran advertising for hundreds of clients around the world. Her previous work includes leading ad tech infrastructure and media buying for a number of high-profile agencies and organizations, including three national presidential campaigns. She combines her marketing experience with a background in fundraising, communications, and grassroots organizing for nonprofits and political causes across the country. Molly has been a keynote speaker and lecturer at events around the world, including appearances at Cannes Lions, Stanford University, and SXSW and was named one of Adage's 25 Marketing Technology Trailblazers. Molly takes her pour-over coffee black and enjoys skiing, hiking, teaching yoga, and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
