COVID-19 Shipping Considerations
The COVID-19 outbreak is causing unprecedented delays in domestic and international mail deliveries. Many carriers have temporarily suspended guarantees on delivery dates as they deal with a high volume of shipments.
While we’re still able to process and ship orders at a fast clip, we’re unable to control deliveries once they ship from our facilities. However, that doesn’t mean your order is at risk. It just means it might take a little longer than usual to arrive at your door.
While carriers continue to deal with a higher-than-normal volume in online orders, you should expect multi-day delays. We always provide tracking information so you can monitor your orders throughout the shipping process.
