BRCC's COVID-19 Response

To Our BRCC Community,

At Black Rifle Coffee, our mission is “to serve coffee and culture to people who love America”. Of course, this means our coffee must meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Our team of veterans is proud to roast your coffee in small batches, following rigorous health and safety guidelines at our roasting facilities.


We’re committed to serving you online
We’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure our supply chain goes uninterrupted. Club orders should ship per normal, and there’s no shortage of coffee available through our online store to stock up at home, or for family and friends. 

Serving you and members of our BRCC community is the highest priority. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are updating you on how we uphold the highest levels of product safety throughout our supply chain.

  • Our roasting and distribution facilities maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices ("GMP’s”) for food handling and safety as mandated by the U.S. Government, along with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations on Health Considerations with Pandemic Outbreaks. 
  • All coffee, apparel, and gear is monitored through the entire supply chain, from the moment it arrives at our facilities to the moment it goes out for shipment. 
  • Our coffee is delivered directly to you by mail from our distribution facilities, ensuring higher sanitary standards than what you’ll find at your local grocery stores.
  • We’re working harder than ever to get your order fulfilled in a timely manner; however, due to recently implemented increased safety measures in our fulfillment centers and unprecedented demand, you may experience a slight delay. Shipping carriers have also temporarily suspended guarantees on delivery dates. Thank you for your continued patience, and please contact us if you have any questions at info@blackriflecoffee.com

Retail store closures
To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we’re closing our Manchester and SLC stores for two weeks starting 3/17. We’ll continue to closely monitor the situation and follow recommendations by the CDC to determine a safe reopening.
